KidsCurious (“KidsCurious” - a Gohilo, Inc. company) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of www.KidsCurious.com (this "Site") and KidsCurious mobile application (this “App”), web widgets, feeds and applications for third-party websites and services, and any other mobile or web services or applications owned, controlled, or offered by KidsCurious (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Site, the App and the Services. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service. By using the site, you are accepting the practices set out in this privacy policy and the Terms of Service. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Site, App, Services, features and content and to administer your account. You may access the KidsCurious Services through our website and/or software, mobile applications. We use a unique identifier that helps associate user preferences. We collect information and associate it with the previously mentioned unique identifier. This information includes: home neighborhood settings, events recommendations, planning. KidsCurious may not always provide a way to delete recommendations and planned events. KidsCurious reserves the right to use any information for promotional purposes. When you visit the Site or use the Services or the App our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site or while you are using the Services, pages of our and third party sites that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site or through the Services, access times and dates, and other statistics. DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
If you would like us to delete the record of your account in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record. See below for privacy contact information.

INVITATIONS
Users can invite friends to become KidsCurious users by sending invitation emails and through other means. We do not share with third-parties the email addresses provided for these purposes.

SECURITY
KidsCurious is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "data" (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time practicable and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
